Progressive Body Training Systems offers a wide range of services to help you successfully reach your fitness goals and meet your training needs.  Following a thorough assessment of your health, fitness level, nutritional requirements, and daily activities, our trainers will develop a customized fitness program designed to move you at a safe and progressive pace.   A proper foundation of core strength and stability is established or reinforced before moving on to more advanced training phases.  If needed, Corrective Exercise or Performance Enhancement is integrated into the program design.

One-on-One Training allows a client to work exclusively with a trainer and is appropriate for people who desire or require individualized attention.  After an in-depth fitness assessment, program design is established and progressed based on individual needs, goals, and ability.
Couples Training is ideal for those who have similar goals, interests, and/or abilities.  Perfect for workout companions or life partners, couples training is fun and engaging for both participants.
Group Training requires a group of four or more members to share the fun of training together and supporting each other as well as the cost.  Groups are designated by mutual interest and may change due to seasonal activities.  Group programs include:  Functional Performance, Corrective Flexibility and Strength, Boot Camp, and TRX.
