Our Nutrition Program is designed to teach and inform clients about the proper macronutrient profile for their daily nutrition needs.  Customized meal planning, recipes, and continued support help clients as they work towards their fitness and wellness goals and make important and lasting lifestyle changes. Our Nutrition Consulting offers a holistic approach to nutrition to help clients make practical and sustainable changes that work by not just offering a plan, but by educating and stimulating a healthy lifestyle. 


Progressive Body also offers Functional Health Online Nutrition, a premiere online program to help users reach their goals.  Food logs, meal planning, and micro and macronutrient information helps to teach about power foods and how to get the nutrients the body requires to achieve and maintain optimum health. 

 Whether the goal is weight loss, sports performance, or overall health, our Nutrition Consulting can get and keep clients on the right track while making important and lasting nutrition changes.
