Janice has worked in the fitness industry since 1991. As the founder of Progressive Body Training Systems llc she brings a successful history of management, lifestyle behavioral changes, personalized nutrition, resistance training, and group exercise. With continuous education, she has helped her clients to developed neuromuscular efficiency, core stability, balance, endurance, and strength. A figure competitor since 2002, she has earned several top five placements including first place at Arizona State Bodybuilding and figure championships 2005. Her coaching style provides a necessary base for her clients to achieve higher goals than they thought possible. Transforming more than physical condition, her clients learn the mental discipline needed for long term success.

Will's interest in the fitness industry began after helping a close friend loose weight and improve overall health. Inspired by his friend's success, Will immersed himself in education and training to become a premier personal trainer. Along the way, Will made changes in his fitness through weight training and nutrition modifications. Realizing the benefits of strength, conditioning, and a healthier lifestyle Will has continued his education through Crossfit, TRX, NASM, Optimal Health, NASAM Cardio for Performance, and Cardio for Functional Health.

David has spent the past four decades pursuing many fitness interests including collegiate rugby, mountain climbing, martial arts, and weight training. The scope and depth of his experience and education provide a unique blend of information to share with his clients. His personal fitness journey has been marked with both setbacks and success. He has shown that with determination, consistency and progress, anything is possible. As David progressed he realized the value and possibilities of incorporating Olympic Weightlifting into a fitness plan. David not only competes in Olympic Weightlifting, but is also Olympia's only certified US Weightlifting coach. David continues his personal fitness journey with passion, which he enjoys sharing with others while creating a clear, uncomplicated, and effective fitness program. Sherry grew up being involved in gymnastics, swimming, diving and track. Exercise and fitness have always been a large part of her life. While attending college she worked as an exercise instructor at a local woman's gym. After receiving her RN degree she continued to be involved in many fitness activities. In 1992 Sherry competed in 4 bodybuilding competitions placing second in each. In September 2011 Sherry placed 5th in her first figure competition. Through the encouragement of the Progressive Body Team becoming a personal trainer is her next step in expanding her knowledge in sharing her passion in exercise and fitness.

With more than two thousand hours supervising exercise in Physical Therapy Clinics, Katie is certified with NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine), has her bachelor’s degree in Biological Research and is working toward becoming a Doctor of Physical Therapy.  As a Certified Personal Trainer, Katie specializes in corrective and rehabilitative exercise, weight loss programs, nutrition counseling, and custom training routines. Her programs integrate specialized postural and core function exercises, personalized prescriptive exercises, and functional cardiovascular conditioning.  As your trainer she will take your health and wellness personally, working alongside you to help you achieve your goals.  Katie is originally from the Olympia area and has traveled extensively.  In her spare time, Katie enjoys cycling, hiking, fly fishing, and gardening.
